Life throws curveballs. For over a decade, I’ve navigated immense personal challenges, from devastating loss to relentless responsibilities, often losing myself in the process. Despite 30 years of training, the past few years saw my fitness ebb as life’s demands took priority.

This isn’t a restart; it’s a renewed commitment to discipline and self-care. At 50, and facing new challenges, Fitfolio is my space to meticulously log my workouts, track my progress, and rediscover the strength and consistency that define me. It’s a journey of resilience, proving that even when life gets tough, we can always take positive steps forward.

    Completed two bikes rides, Insanity on Thursday & done Friday Fight today. Aching is less!

    I’m aching all over today! Insanity will be tough & I have a bike ride to hospital soon after. Need to eat and hydrate
