Life throws curveballs. For over a decade, I’ve navigated immense personal challenges, from devastating loss to relentless responsibilities, often losing myself in the process. Despite 30 years of training, the past few years saw my fitness ebb as life’s demands took priority.
This isn’t a restart; it’s a renewed commitment to discipline and self-care. At 50, and facing new challenges, Fitfolio is my space to meticulously log my workouts, track my progress, and rediscover the strength and consistency that define me. It’s a journey of resilience, proving that even when life gets tough, we can always take positive steps forward.
